I have my TR21 Sony 8mm my PC with my DVD Xpress.
With DVD Xpress you can transfer video to disk, then change it if desired. DVD Xpress comes with basic software for video editing. I got mine at Sam's priced at $ 59.95. They are cheaper now. You can do a search and read it here - http://www.usb-ware.com/ads-dvd-xpress.h ...
I saw a newer model at Walmart last week. It was the Xpress2 DVD. I do not know what they cost.
Connect the A / V camera in the Xpress DVD Xpress and connect the DVD to the computer via a FireWire cable.
